tink...

Do you know what tink is?? tink is the sound of glasses toasting in celebration of finally getting to production. I just sent my email to our main man overseas to get this party started. It's a surreal feeling that we've come this far, to actually have a real product in our hands to share to the masses. I know the hard work is just starting and the fist will be in the air again, but the agony of getting the wrong tube is overrrr.. yippee.

So off the races ladies and gents. Stay tuned this journey has just begun :)

I cant believe its 2010! Time sure flies. We are about to send off our final (cross fingers) of our final prototype. I hope this is it! If all goes well, we'll be on our way to production for a spring launch. We have other things in the works and hoping that will launch soon. Stay tuned for an update on that. Exciting times ahead this year! Cant wait to rock and roll! I'm looking forward to the next challenge once we are in tube production.. marketing, selling and all the other good, bad & ugly stuff that comes along with launching a product to the masses! So hang on to your hats we are in for a wild, fun ride :)

GoCharmz.. prototype take 5...

So this is my first stab at getting my thoughts down on an actual blog. It's been almost a year since i've come up with GoCharmz my soon ( fingers, eyes & toes crossed) to come on the market product . GoCharmz allows kids to accessorize their activity toys, such a scooters, bikes, etc.. Check us out on facebook.com/gocharmz. We are in the process of building a website. But before we can even get there we have to get the prototype baked just right. So we can feel good about what we are presenting to our future customers. I cant tell you what a pain in the asteroid it is to get something done. But with that said there is so much excitement, fear, joy and a feeling of achievement. The whole process of getting your idea to an actual prototype is awesome. But i know the hard work is right around the corner.. marketing, selling.. bla bla bla..but i'm up for the challenge so bring it on.but before i can queue in the rocky theme song we need to get our samples right... GoCharmz has to rock socks!

We are on prototype 5 I believe (I stopped counting.. seriously). I cant tell you when my folks from overseas send me my samples and the doorbell rings stateside how excited i am. I actually chant please let it be.. let it be..but as i said prototype #5 ( 5 may sound like wow that's not bad but keep in mind it's been almost a year) . If bringing a product to market was suppose to be easy i guess everyone would be doing it and i wouldn't be writing this to let some steam out and maybe share some helpful tidbits to my fellow entrepreneur's :)
